how good would he be if he actually had good receivers and a good o-line?

Cutler is good, very talented.

Makes some poor decisions at times, but it comes with that gunslinger mentality.

A couple good draft picks and that O should be legit.

He had good receivers and a good line in Denver and still threw a million INTs and lost a million games. Fail argument is fail.

all brady had was a good defense and yall still talk about **** about him

The Bears oline shiit on the Jets today and has been feasting on many of the bad pass rushing teams on the NFL lately. All Cutler does is sit back in the pocket like a statue and whips the ball downfield to one of his 4.3 WRs. If he faces a real pass rush he crumbles.

Cutler has two personalities. Interception Jay and Touchdown Cutler. We happened to see the latter yesterday.

It will be interesting to see how he performs in the playoffs. If he ends up being clutch in the playoffs then all of this build up has been worth it.

negger please.

i'd take sheli manning over jake cutlet and i think sheli is one of the worst qbs in the league.

i agree with the guy above about josh freeman though.

you think maybe it's because he was playing from behind all the time and trying to force **** because Denver had like the worst D in the league?

maybe part of it or no?

He always seems to make one or two dumb passes every game - but when the o-line gives him time to throw (which is rare), he makes some unbelievable plays.

I think it is hilarious that people call Jay Cutler a cry baby, ect because he wanted to get out of Denver when McDaniels arrived.

Who looks stupid now? McDaniels drove that entire team into the ground.

this. best TD-INT ratio besides brady.

This. The guy makes incredible throws off balance that almost no one else makes. Does this mean he's great? No. But he's a servicable NFL QB, and I'd take him back over anyone on the Broncos.

Loved him when he was here, he was a young guy and we were just building the right pieces before McD came in and shat on everything.

Ok lettuce be reality, most of you are haters. Dont even bring up his days in Denver, players mature and evolve. 2nd, you know damn well if he had an O line like Brady or at least a DECENT O line that he would be much better. The dude has 23 TDS and 13 INTS. It could be much worse. He's playing well enough for the Bears to win right now. The Bears dont need a QB to win games for them, they need a QB to not LOSE games for them, and he's only lost one game for them this season and that was the game against Washington. This is also his first year with Martz and look how much he's improved since last year. If he has 1 more good WR and a better O line next year, I'm willing to bet he'll put up numbers similiar to 30TD/12-14INTS

another mention, Matt Cassel. He has been playing GREAT football.

disclaimer: I have a Chicago Bears Tatoo on my chest.

Cassel is awesome, just look what happened to KC when he got injured.

All this being said, I dont think that Cutler is under-rated although he probably has a couple of extra haters because he plays in a large market and his personality isnt golden like Tom Brady's or demonstrative of toughness like Brett Farve.

Top Ten in league according to who I'd want to start my expansion team with.

1. Brady
2. P. Manning
3. Brees
4. Rogers
5. Ryan
6. Rivers
7. Vick (although prolly not because he's a dog-killer)
8. Roethlisburger (although prolly not because he's a rapist)
9. Cutler
10. Stafford

I think the top tier kind of drops significantly after number 8, but I think Cutler would make my top 10, just barely.

If you were gonna start an expansion team you would want Rodgers though since he has the most years left ;)

the difference isnt that much though, it's not like the difference between Rodgers and Manning.
