View Full Version : Vegetables- raw or cooked AND how?

Hey All

I know we should have vegetables, for good nutrition no matter what our goals.

All i know are cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce leave for salads and frozen broccoli, cauliflower and sprouts (that I steam).

What other veg can i have and which are to be cooked, and which are to be eaten raw?

Carrots are good to eat raw. Taste pretty good and you'll get more nutrients from it.
I have broccoli raw as well but that is an aqcuired taste lol. Cauliflower isn't too bad raw either.

So long as your eating ANY vegetables, in whatever way you choose, you are light years ahead of the general population. No need to worry about how to cook them.
