Assuming you were GM of your favorite team

I would if I sat down with him and talked to him to gauge his interest in joining my team and his willingness to restructure his deal.

Yes, if his contract was not an issue

5th round picks are a gamble. If a 5th round guy makes the final roster, great. If not, no big deal, he was a 5th round pick. It's a crapshoot

Um you better be willing to meet less than halfway on the work/chill ratio

As long as your team runs the 4-3 .. yeah. I'd love to have him up front with Peppers, Harris and Idonije. He'd have to take a pay cut of course....

his attitude is not something I would want on my team to disrupt the locker room atmosphere. Even if he came cheap no thanks.

No he's been terrible ever since he got paid. Besides if you trade for him you have to keep paying him a lot of money

LOL I remember that play. It was one of the funniest of the year. Should be taught from pee-wee to HS football players of what 'minimal effort' truly is LOL!

Redskins already paid him alot of the money. His contract wouldnt be that bad.

I think he's still owed another $20 mill at least. Way too much for his terrible ass.

Yes. Redskins already paid a huge amount of his contract and it would be in a 4-3 defense and reunite him with Gym Shorts, who he has already shown he is capable of working for.

i think haynesworth would be an absolute locker room cancer for a team who already has a weak locker room and collapses late in games

With a restructured deal, sure. Worked out amazing for the Titans the first time.
