View Full Version : Lunch on 10 a week

Right I'm guessing this is american absed forum so 10 probably a bit weird to work on, I dont know the currency conversion or the difference in price so sorry. Basically for school lunches Monday-Friday I have 10 to make my own sandwiches or we I've been doing like tuna sandwiches, chicken sandwiches etc with susage rolls, pork pies etc but obviously not ideal. Any good suggestions, I play rugby 2/3 times a week and lift 3-ish times a week. Any good lunch suggestions ;)

no way its less than par....

OP stick to cheap and simple sources of protein fats and carbs
tuna is a great one for protein
bread, rice, and oats for carbs
and oils, peanut butter, nuts for fats
theres alot of options and its easy to do if you keep it simple

euro is stronger than the dollar so when converted the dollar is worth less than the euro

Dude if you live anywhere close to costco/makro you can get cheap chicken


12 will buy you about 10 fillets

then u would know euro is stronger than the dollar at this moment and has been for two or more years :(
