Who do you think will be the top 5 (in order) by the end of the season?

My prediction:

1) Kobe
2) Dwight
3) Kevin Durant
4) Deron Williams
5) Derrick Rose

Kevin Durant hasn't been doing that great this season. Westbrook has been outperforming him this season.

We all know Dirk is gonna settle down sooner or later.

Westbrook's been out of his mind, I'll give you guys that, but Durant's gonna come back sometime.

He just has to follow Kobe's approach of "shooting his way out of a shooting slump"

WTF @ the overrating of Dirk

I bet my life that he won't finish as a Top 3 MVP candidate. This sh*t happens every ****en year, the Mavs and Dirk do well and then the Mavs get exposed in the playoffs.

The MVP should go to the best player. The best player is the person who has the greatest impact on winning games for his team and the ability to make big shots/plays when it matters most.

The only player who does it consistently and we know will do it again come postseason is Kobe.

inb4 a bad game 7 (1 bad game out of 23 playoff games)

but yea he probably will

Wade, Manu, Kobe, CP3, Dirk are my top 5 right now for this season's end.

Dwight normally gets overlooked because defense is underrated.

Kobe has the best coach in NBA history and a much better roster than Dirk has had even when the team made the finals. Chandler and Kidd might put the Mavs over the top, but I doubt it. Still you have no clue how bad the Mavs were before Dirk. He made the franchise basically. They were the clippers of Texas before he arrived.

And considering Dirk already has an MVP award under his belt, this thread makes you look like a giant dumbass.

strong retard..prime terry, prime howard, up and coming devin harris, prime dampier, a little past prime stackhouse...that ****s on kobe's support cast. Lakers of last 2 years were 1-2 and a huge gap. Mavs were 1-5 and a good bench.

exactly this

only this year have the lakers extended it, but come playoff time the lakers are essentially 1-2, with 6 deciding to play at times

well, i was thinking pau for the mvp

point is.
he doesnt play with scrubs.
not being a featured role in phil's offense doesnt make u a scrub.
we all know ron or lamar could put up great numbers elsewhere. their unscrubness shows up in situations like this.

btw, no mention of him guarding kevin durant and paul pierce though right?
no mention of Bynum, Gasol and lamar making them long as hell and a terror on the offensive glass/ defending the paint?

nothing?
just fg percentages and ppg?
real elementary school right there brah

no **** he's not playing with scrubs..but dirk played with great players too..5 players could go for 20 every single night on that team..easily. Dampier is a big body too..It's not Kobe's fault that Dirk is not a real PF, but more of a SF in a PF body. They choked straight up. How can you get manhandled by jackson and out of all people harrington?
