is it true that omega 3 changes your hair color? if so would it make it lighter or darker?


if thats the case i might not use it.

It turns it pink.

This is very bad if you're a guy in a biker gang.

WRONG.

it makes your hair shiny and smooth! so probably for dark haired people darker, light haired people lighter!

well theres alot of articles on people with grey hair who take it and it makes their hair less grey so im wondering what it does for young people?

Actually, it's usual just marketing disguised on an article.

yes, maybe. all im wondering is if its true it or not. ive read studies which suggest higher rates of hair follicle and skin cell regeneration which might have some truth to it

Yeah, it definitely does NOT change your hair color. But the health of your hair will improve, which can APPEAR to change the color.

I.E. If your hair is faded and dry, it will look darker just because it is not as dry or damaged.

ok so youre saying it will look darker the more conditioned it is right?

the lighter the dryer and more faded?
