Could you imagine if BC02 wasn't banned?

With the fit he threw on here after Boise lost and how Boise would go undefeated in the SEC and Big 10, and how they only would lose in the WAC.

He'd probably set this forum on fire

This. Its going to be an ass beating in Vegas.

I told ya'll all year long that Utah didn't belong in the conversation with TCU and BSU. TCU proved....now BSU gets to do the same

did anybody just catch espn going full retard for about 5 minutes? apparently kellen moore is now a senior, not a junior, and boise going to the big 12 would save the big 12. wat? i wish, but isn't that more of a geographical fuk than tcu in the big east?

Right? I'd actually much rather see TCU and BSU go to the Big 12 and Notre Dame go to the Big East.

i think it would be awesome to go to the big 12 it just makes no sense. one of jesse palmer's reasons for bsu beating utah was "it will be kellen moore's last game as a bronco." kellen moore still has all of next year lol. i just thought it was a weird segment. hopefully we'll get to go to a bcs conference soon.

isn't the pac 10 looking to eventually expand to 16? i would imagine that boise st would be on the top of their list.

that's what i thought was going to happen...but we don't have a big tv market and we're not exactly a recruiting hotbed. i'm not sure how comparable the academics are between the big12 and pac10/12/16/098798 though. i think if the pac-10 wanted to expand they would look to big 12 schools first to try and get into the texas tv market/recruiting. it would take something pretty crazy to get us into a bcs conference within the next 2 or 3 years.

yeah you have a lot going against you, if it wasn't for the attitude of a lot of non AQ homers i would feel pretty bad for boise.

aren't they mostly a commuter school? i think that's what skippy said. i know your stadium is only 34,000 or so... which if you promised expanding to 40,000+ i'm sure wouldn't be a big deal.

it's definitely not a big TV market, but i have a feeling that the pac 10 having only a handful of bowl eligible teams the next couple of seasons might look to get a consistent program in with them. maybe with how bad colorado but adding the denver market, maybe they can look past boise st's size. also, it's going to be hard to get another big 12 school to leave, that would pretty much disband the conference

i dunno, tho. i can't see them not finding a way into a BCS conference within the next couple years.
