Breakfast:
18 oz skim milk
Homemade protein bar
5 egg whites, 1 whole egg with nonfat cheese and green peppers, tomatoes, onions

Mid Morning Snack:
Half of FiberOne Bar

Lunch:
2 servings USDA approved Ultra Lean Ham or Turkey Lunch Meat
2 pieces of Whole Wheat Bread
1 slice of nonfat cheese
1 serving carrots w/ lite ranch
1 serving grapes
Sobe Life Water

Mid Afternoon Snack/Pre Workout:
Half of FiberOne Bar
Superpump 250

PWO:
5 g creatine
1 scoop Intrapro
12 oz skim milk

"Insanity" Workout

1 Chicken Breast
2 servings green beans

I cannot get to lunch, or my workout without being starving without the FiberOne bar, but I was wondering if there was a better choice.

I am currently cutting so I want to keep the calories very similar to what they are now..

Any suggestions for that snack? Thanks and will rep!
