These are from Trader Joe's. One is "Just Chicken Teriyaki" and the other is "Just Chicken".
How can the lack in teriyaki make such a big difference in protein?

The nutritional info. is by weight, so with more sauce there is less chicken.

The sauce is marinated in the chicken. Both packages have 16oz. Do you think the sauce can almost account for half the weight of the chicken given that the protein is almost cut in half?

The image quality is very poor, but if I'm reading the labels correctly, then the calories are much lower (110 vs. 160), despite a much higher carb count (6 grams vs. 2 grams), on the Teriyaki version, which supports TheSmack's explanation.

Keep in mind that marinating can easily have a significant impact on the hydration of the product and thus the amount of chicken in each serving.

What I don't understand is why the sodium lower on the Teriyaki version.
