moving new england to 8-2 and the colts to 6-4 and tom brady being ahead of manning in every single statistic apart from yards..what excuse will the press and people come up with to try and hand peyton the mvp over brady..discuss

btw in the last 2 games peyton has 1 td and 2 ints..but apparantly is dragging his banged up team to wins

Its going to be a tough game for sure but Brady is playing with a chip on his shoulder after that browns game. He went on a rampage against the steelers. At home pats are not going to lose. 31-21 pats

brady isnt fighting peyton for the MVP this year. Rivers is the dude you should be worried about.

Brady wins superbowls, Rivers/Peyton can have the mvp. It doesnt matter because PM is getting it regardless.

I don't get it, Peyton has one less TD and like 500 more yards. You hate Peyton? Love Brady? They are both fair contenders.

Rivers has a shot too, but the Chargers are poo-poo this year. Fortunately for them, that whole division is poo-poo.

Manning is also on pace for 700+ pass attempts this year

Not when determining MVP, in my humble opinion. I mean, you are determining the player who impacted their team the most; in a perfect World you want to refer to teams that had some success throughout the season.

If one player accounts for the majority of points scored, involved in the majority of the plays, made few mistakes, etc. I'd say that is relevant.

Manning is also on pace for 700+ pass attempts this year

Not sure if you are referring to this as a positive or negative thing. If I were a QB, I think I'd be happy with 700+ passing attempts.

Orton is very close to rivers in every statistical category. If the Broncos win a fair amount more games he's right in there, too.

Pats/Brady fan here.

I hope they win, but every week is a guessing game this season in the NFL.

Even for a NFL qb, Brady has an even superior life. Supermodel wife, two sons, 3 SB rings.
