At the moment im sitting at about 175 lbs 5'10" and i would guess 8-9% average lifts and im in season for football we have two weeks until the state championship and then i am done for this season.

After the season i intend to bulk up to 205-210 lbs and be strong enough to support the job of being a varsity middle linebacker.

I would like to know if it would be possible from 11/20/10 to pretty much the summer and then on through the summer if i could gain this amount of weight (35lbs)

if not then how much can i expect to gain?

i do not care about fat gains i do not mind aslong as they do not interfere with my speed

Yeah you can do it. That's less then 5 pounds a month from now until June. Just do a clean bulk. Eat like a dog and lift heavy.

Aim for 200 lb. Thats 16 gained. Over 8 months thats 2 lb a month or 1/2 lb per week.

Putting on 1/2 lb per week will help keep your muscle gains up while ideally keeping fat gains down. No need to put on pure flab. Remember, speed is as important as strength for football. At 1/2 per week, you should have more than enough surplus to allow your strength to increase.
