ok well ive been put on a new diet. . i really hate it. . ive been on it a couple days. . i dont like fish. .and its the only meat on it

Meal 1
8 egg whites + 2 yolks + mixed peppers - all made into an omlette
75 grams of oats
1 banana
20 grams organic pumpkin seeds
5 spoons of onken set biopot yoghurt
1 pack of Animal pak minerals and vitamins
5 grams ISO2 creatine monohydrate
Meal 2
200 grams fresh haddock
250 grams sweet potato
brocolli
spinach
1 apple
20 grams organic almonds with husk
10ml extra virgin olive oil drizzled over food
Meal 3
50 grams ISO2 complete protien in water
2 X kiwi fruit
Workout
Meal 4
50 grams ISO2 complete protien in water
50 grams ISO2 carb3d carbohydrate powder
5 grams ISO2 creatine monohydrate
all mixed in water
Meal 5
75 grams wholegrain rice
200 grams salmon
asparagus
1 plum
Meal 6
8 egg whites + mixed peppers - all made into an omlette
50 grams of oats
100 grams blueberries
5 spoons of onken set biopot yoghurt
10ml organic flax oil
1 pack of Animal pak minerals and vitamins
1 cup of green tea


can sombody please tell me what i can replace the fish with. i have to hold my nose when im eating it so i dont gag. its that bad

Replace the fish with the tears that you are crying.

Just eat the damn fish. You'll like it eventually.

People are starving to death in Africa and fat bastards like you want to be picky and whine about perfectly good food.

im only fat because everytime i have sex with your mom she makes me a sandwhich

and f u. . i just dont like fish. . ive tried to. . but no. .im not eating something that makes me wanna puke

If you lose a battle to the taste of fish, I doubt you're going to have the mental strength to actually do anything difficult in life.

Or you could try a not so potent fish. Salmon I can only stomach once ina while I can eat mahi mahi or flounder or tilapia often,

Chicken... or some kind of lean meat.

Have you tried tilapia? Im not a fan of seafood at all, but thats the one fish I can tolerate.

well i had the mental strenght to lose 130 pounds of wieght in 10 months. . and i could force myself to eat fish. . but i dont want to. .i want to enjoy my food. . not dread my next meal
