hey, before last week i was maybe eating no more than 60g of protien a day. now i'm taking my training serious i'm now eating 150g a day now to try and bulk.

just wandering if there is any dangers in jumping from 60g to 150g in protien in such a short space of time?

i dont see a big problem with that. you could've probably gradually jumped into it, but it's no problem.
