last month i was on a 3000 cal diet and again around 3.5 pounds. So i stuck with it and it a month later and my weight is the same. so is it time to up the caloires im 5,11'' and work out side butt i shouldn't have to have that many calories to bulk up. any advice would be help full thanks

You can increase cals if you like. Your call.

Try increasing cals in 10% weekly increments.

Aim for a 1lb weight gain every 7-10 days (generally speaking). Keep an eye on strength (should be increasing steadily), take progress pics, waist measurments, etc..

Keep training hard.

hey thanks for the advice! yea my bench and deadlifts have incressed alot imo. i was gaining around a pound or little less a week then i have the halt for the hole month. I think its time to increase a little thanks
