Sup! i have some problems about my schedule day-by-day.. my job finishes at 6pm, then i start working out at 6:05pm, my pre-workout meal is very good, the problem is the post workout, immediately i finish my training i drink a shake based on 60g carbo/30g protein, and then comes the problem, i usually finish my training at 6:40/50 pm and i cant make a good meal after the shake, i have to go to university at 7:00pm, my class starts at 7:20, i cannot get off the class just to have a meal... Whats the best way then? another shake? when i come back to my house i make my final meal with 4 eggs

Make your dinner for the next day the night beforehand, and eat it before class starts

when does class finish?
can you move your training to morning? can you train at night?

can you get more cals in during the day?
