There is the what you are eating thread but obviously the person is not health goal oriented if they are posting that they ate hamburger / fries.

So lets start a thread here, where I judge if your meal is healthy, and indicate if you did some type of activity before or after.

probably would be better pre work out, magnesium of chocolate helps prevent lactic acid build up.

Breakfast (Post workout)

4 egg whites
4 oz top round steak
1/2 bell pepper chopped, 2 asparagus spears, 1/4 onion chopped, 1/4 string beans, 1/4 cup zuchinni

8oz sweet potato baked w/ 1tbs peanut butter and sugar free syrup


Lunch
3oz turkey breast
2oz turkey pastrami
2 slices whole wheat double fiber bread
1 slice low fat swiss cheese
2 leaves lettuce

or
1 can tuna mixed w/ tapatio
2 slices whole wheat double fiber bread
1 slice low fat swiss cheese
2 leaves lettuce


Dinner
4.6 oz chicken (cooked)
2oz lean beef
1/2 cup quinoa
3oz broccoli
3 asparagus spears

7oz filet mignon (cooked)
4oz sweet potato
3oz broccoli (steamed), 2oz string beans, 1/4cup zuchinni chopped (steamed)

Pre-bed
6.2 oz cottage cheese (2%)
1tbs Peanut butter w/ splenda

There's only 70mg Magnesium in the whole thing...

Oatmeal = 177mg Magnesium/100g

There is over 200mg Magnesium in my pre-workout Oatmeal+Whey+fruit.
