Hi ya, well first thread and thought would pick all your brain. starting a diet 2mora was just wondering if this will work to loose weight

meal 1 porridge with water and whey protein
meal 2 5 eggs only 1 yolk
meal 3 chicken with broccoli and caulifower
meal 4 tuna and salad
meal 5 protein shake
meal 6 chicken / steak / salmon with broccoli and caulifower

hoping to loose and 1.7 stone, also using free weights at home and a multigym
