After my workouts i do 16 oz milk, 2 scoops whey, 2 spoonfuls peanut butter, 1 cup oats, and 1 banana. This totals to around 90 grams of protein... Does some get wasted? Is it maybe absorbed later? Does it all get absorbed because of it being after a workout? Anything helps!

Protein isn't stored as protein...whatever is not used is converted to fat.

So..much...wrong.

Don't listen to this guy, OP. Having that rather large PWO meall doesn't "waste" the protein in any way.
