Like the "I cant believe its not butter" spray in a bottle. It claims zero calories. I am just looking to add a little flavor to my veggies, potatoes and rice. Thoughts?

its fine. it has like 1 calorie per spray but as long as you're not overdoing it and using tons it doesnt make any difference really. now if you're using 50 sprays you're gonna rack up some fat, lol

I really don't like that crap .... Why not just throw in a tiny bit of olive oil?

^This. I don't understand why people even consider these weird-a$$ "food" products. You could just use a moderate amount of butter, not half the stick.

...think about it, you're spray painting your food to add taste with "zero" Calories. That just isn't right.

Lol!!

Didnt know spray on butter existed, guess I'm just old school lol. I always go with olive oil to spicen up my meals but not all the time, I usually just shove it down the hatch and hope for the best lol.

On something like pancakes or toast, there's no substitute.

its not actually 0 calories. FDA allows the label to round anything less than 5 calories/serving down to 0. it can be 3 or 4 calories per serving. serving size is 1/3 or 1/4 second spray. hundreds of servings per can. do the math.

Because butter tastes better than olive oil.

Because olive oil is crazy high in calories. Id rather take 5 calories than 50-70 of oil.

It tastes like sh*t.
seriously I've tried that before and it was nothing like butter.
may not have been the exact brand you're talking about, but it was something like that.
