just wanted to know what u guys like to eat for breakfast I usually eat
Either 1 cup oatmeal 1 scoop whey protien and 1 cup milk

Or
serving size of speacial K protien cereal half a scoop of whey protien and 2 shredded wheats with 1 cup milk

So that's what I like what u guys like?

2 eggs
1/2 cup FF Cottage Cheese
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp Flax Seeds

Blend into a batter and make pancakes out of with some S/F syrup and cinnamon, maybe top with a banana or blueberries. Dont always wake up early enough to make this though lol, but when I do this is my favorite

Breakfast burrito/wrap:

2-3 Eggs (scrambled)
2-3 oz. of bison or chicken (whichever is in mah fridge at the time, cut into strips)
1-2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
1 whole wheat tortilla or whole grain flat bread wrap
1 tall glass of moo juice

half cup of grapefruit
oats/whey/milk shake
outstanding this is what i look forward to everyday when i get out of bed. i think its the only thing that gets me out of bed lol

4 egg whites with 2 slices deli Turkey and 1 bowl of Kashi with milk and a scoop of Chocolate Myofusion. Its heaven in a cereal bowl

special K protein plus is essentially biochemically engineered crap desguised as everyone's dream come true. (that being said i'll buy a box occasionally because it isn't useless). just my opinion, read the ingredients.

breakfast: Oatmeal pancakes. forever.

French toast and waffles have always been my favorite breakfasts, but most of the time I end up eating oatmeal.

Half cup oatmeal
Whey
Two tbs natty peanutbutter w/ flax oil
Plain Greek yogurt
Half banana

Mix it all up and enjoy

-A cup of fat free Greek yogurt, with 1/2 cup of fiber one and 1 scoop of whey protein mixed in (sometimes I'll sprinkle in some cinnamon or nutmeg)
-Low sugar quick oatmeal package
-Apple
Usually something like that, sometimes if I don't want the yogurt I'll put the whey in the oatmeal and eat some sliced turkey or something with a similar protein value.

OP, 1.5 cups oats + 2 cups egg whites (2 whole) + tblspn flaxseed oil + coffee + vitamins + 1L water.
