Hey guys, I've heard that caffeine is a good thing to avoid when you're using creatine. The problem is, I'm a college student and if I don't get any coffee in the morning I feel groggy as hell all day. Would it be ok to have 1-2 cups of coffee every morning? Does anyone have any idea of how much is ok?

Thanks guys!

like anything else, it depends on the individual!
body weight, metabolism, tolerance etc, etc...
if you have adverse effects cut your dosage!

I think they mean don't mix caffeine with creatine, mix it with another sugary drink like warm vimto or somthing. But yes you can drink caffine, just try not to drink too much of it.

search on www.wikipedia.org for caffeine
I think the human toxicity level was 500mg or something like that ..

I know a kid who at over 10,000mg a day, his diet was over 50% mountain dew which he would ingest with like 5 caffeine tablets, he was a skeleton. Like the old aeon flux cartoon. I mean if you want to look like JP from grandma's boy ingest all the caffeine you want otherwise stick to tea (I prefer white, for other health benefits) as you can't really overdose on tea and its good for you :)

Is caffeine that much of an effective fat burner by itself? :P

pay better attention to your water intake if you drink a lot of caffeinated drinks while on creatine
