These results seem bogus to me, I think I've overcounted or overvalued something. BTW, I set out trying to beef up a while ago but relapsed with my alcohol and it all went to ****... so I'm back to square one.

I'm 6'0, 168.3lbs (76.5kg) as we speak. For the last 3 days I've been on a bulk diet again.

The general intake is this:

Breakfast, low protein intake (fruit, cereal)

2 x protein shakes in morning and afternoon (65g protein powder ea., 600ml full cream milk).
Protein powder = 26g/serving | Milk = 8g/100ml
= 148g of protein (!!)

2 x tin of Tuna in Springwater
= 42g

Protein Bar as a snack
=20g

Ham & Salad roll on brown bread
=??

Steak/Chicken/Beef + vegetables/salad for dinner
Roughly 35-40g

Without counting for my breakfast or lunch (low totals), that's already 245g at minimum, or 1.45g of protein per pound of body weight. I didn't expect it to be anywhere near that high.

Have I overcompensated for something here, perhaps the milk? Should I cut down on the milk?

Also, any suggests on my intake are welcome.

Thanks fellas.

How much farting are you doing lol? Yeah dude you really don't need that much at all. Cut down all around.

Well I did sh*t a brick this morning, lmao... But other than that I've been good. I think I'll try to cut this back to 1-1.2g per pound of body weight, probably remove a can of tuna and knock the milk back 100ml in my shakes.

Am I missing anything from my diet that is essential? Being an alcoholic, diet is something I've never been concerned with.

Baby steps...

Thanks for the response mate.

Um, no don't cut back the tuna or the milk. if anything cut back the shakes. You are having like 4 servings of protein powder. This is your problem.

when you buy ground meat, do you go for the fatty cheap meat or the lean?
get fat from pb, nuts, oils, flax, etc
