View Full Version : My diet today...might help others

Well Im posting this just to get some feedback. Even though I feel half of the people that read this just like being negative. As far as genetics, I was always like 125lbs-130lbs and didnt eat awhole lot Lot I guess, then again maybe I did. I started lifting 6 weeks ago and have put on 25lbs. Today I felt like I slacked off and thought well let me add it up.

20g whey 430
25g carbs
2tbsp evoo

peanutbutter sand 430
20g whey
25g carb

Workout

45g whey 380
50g carb

2 chicken enchilladas 1000
Rice
Beef taco
coke 24oz

3 ensureplus 1450
milk D 24oz

25 casien 450
25 carbs
2tbsp

That is a gross under estimate, I dont feel like I stuffed myself today and there is 4000+ cals right there. Dont forget Who knows what I forgot and what else I drank. Im always drinking pop and ****. Im kinda curious why I dont weigh more than I do. Anyone think maybe Im overdoing it a bit for my current size. Postive feedback only please

25lbs in 6 weeks - let me guess, that's not all muscle.

Your diet makes no sense to me? What's each meal etc?

Of course its not all muscle, but in those 6 weeks i have have increased all workouts BIG time. Like I couldnt bench 135 one time, now im putting up 200 once. I can eat WHATEVER I want and be straight. I dont have to eat ****ty carrots or nething. I have way better genetic than most. This is my first time working out so thats what alot of my gains are coming from so fast.

Of course not. 80g of protien from the chicken enchaladas, Beef taco and rice.These arent taco bell tacos bro, home made. VD milk has 24g. There is 104g right there from whole food. I have ripped friends that weigh 200lbs that dont get that much from whole food.So its eaasily doable.I didnt even count that peanutbutter sand or bananas ect I snack on.

Yeah I had a coke at dinner so I wrote the **** down. Im going to drink a case of budlight tonight and not gain any fat from that either haha. Im gain weight, im not even close to being fat, and my lifts are ALL increasing big time. Im the same height as you and weight 15 more pounds. Like I said I started lifting 6 weeks ago and I have good genetics.
