I did a creatine phase about 6 months ago. I loaded up with 25g a day (morning,lunch, post, dinner, pre-bed, 5g each meal) for a week, then did 5g a day post workout for about 6 weeks. Then haven't taken it since.


I'm considering getting back on it since I've entered a bulk.

I was thinking of taking 2-3g preworkout and taking 2-3g post. Is that a good idea? Or should I just take 5-6g post workout or pre workout?

I'd go through a loading phase again too.

Just take it whenever it's convenient and there's no need to load, if you're really worried I am sure Snorkelman will respond when he sees this with more information.

Either way, saturation will occur, whether you load or not - just a waste of servings.

I used to just do a 5g pre workout. Now I do a 5g with my protein shake post workout and notice absolutely no difference. I also never power load, saturation sill still occur without wasting money.
