current weight 148lbs 5"7 around 16-18% bf will post pic later.tring to get to single dig bf. (six pack) lift heavy 2 days a week, hiit cardio 3 days.


this is what i ate yesturday cardio day, days i lift add starchy carbs sweetp br oats

MEAL 1
5 egg whites 1 whole egg
1/2 CUP ALMOUND MILK
MEAL 2
4 oz turkey tenderlion
8 oz broccoli
1 plum
MEAL 3
2 tblsp all natural chunk pb
15 baby carrots
MEAL 4
salad with 4oz chicken
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tblsp red wine vinager
MEAL 5
8 0z of ground turkey burger
8oz green beans
small salad
teasp oilve oil and redwine vinager
MEAL 6
BEFORE BED
1/2 cup almond milk
4oz chicken
