Hi guys, I've been trying to write up a cutting diet that I'm going to get stuck into in about 2 weeks. These are the numbers I got after fiddling around with FitCalorie for a good 4 hours.
Oh and does it make a massive difference if my protein intake is so large above the recommended? And I didn't take a generic macro split, I took the advice from Emma's nutrition sticky and divided it according to my individual requirements. Please help!

maintenance: 2700 cal
cutting: 2200 cal

MACRO GOALS: these are the macros i was aiming for, that's what the first number is, the second is what i actually got after writing the diet.
140g protein = 209.5g protein instead
70g fat = 70.2
leftovers carbs

Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs 15.9g fat/1.5g carbs/18.9g protein = 308.8 cals

Recess: tuna and beans 8g fat/26g carbs/28g protein = 300 cals

Lunch time: salad sandwich 3g fat/39.3g carbs/9.2g protein = 190.4 cals

Right After school(pre workout meal): 200g chicken breast 15.4g fat/0g carbs/60g protein = 390.7 cals
2 cups broccoli 10.2g fat/26.4g carbs/8.7g protein = 205 cals
1 cup white rice 0g fat/53.2g carbs/4.4g protein = 241.8 cals

PWO: protein shake 0g fat/0g carbs/35g protein = 152 cals
medium banana 0g fat/27g carbs/1.4g protein = 105 cals

Meal before bed: 100g chicken breast 7.7g fat/0g carbs/30g protein = 195.35 cals
2 cups broccoli 10.2g fat/26.4g carbs/8.7g protein = 205 cals

sat fat: 25g
fibre: 30g

I don't understand some of what you posted... but your meals look alright!

Stats? I don't get what this "what I actually got" **** is by the way.

Make it less confusing, I literally cannot see what macro's.

And if you are over what you should be eating.... stop doing that. Plan food around meeting macro's.

It's fine

as long as you get the required fats and protein it's a personal choice where the remaining calories come from

Thanks! I'll rep you when I get on a computer.
Also, how does the rest of the diet look?
