today (currently bulking)

2 scoops of whey powder + 2 glasses of 2% milk
4 slices of watermelon
1 pepperoni pizza
1 liter of 2% milk
2 sandwiches (bacon/lettuce/tomato on whole wheat)
1 pork steak w/onions and bbq sauce
1 banana
4 juice paks (fake juice)
1 orange
2 glasses of 2% milk

still feel hungry...
(almost freaked cuz i thought i didn't eat enough today... that changed when i made this list)

stop drinking so many calories that is why you are hungry
8 glasses of milk=1000 calories
2 scoops whey = 240 calories
the juice paks were probably 400 calories of sugar
