i have currently got back into working out and have made decent gains and lost a a decent amount of weight.(been back in the gym for about 4-5 months). i have lost about 25lbs. i am currently wanting to get lean and lose more weight. my question is what do you guys do to get lean. what kind of meals and is there a way to keep it cheap. i am in college and i am operating on a budget. all help is greatly appreciated.

I think intermittent fasting is a great protocol for weight loss. Be sure to follow the macros advice - eat mainly starch on workout days. You can eat more fats on non workout days. Keep protein high all the time. Meat is your friend.

I'm with SuffolkPunch. I used to think intermittent fasting would be a disaster when trying to lose fat, but it's not. It actually works really well, just like eating 3 meals a day instead of 6 does - even though eating 6 meals a day has been in vogue for the last 25 years or so. Turns out your metabolism doesn't go down the drain after all.
