Meal 1: Three whole eggs, cup of Oats.

Meal 2: Two scoops of whey protein with cup of oats

Meal 3: Chicken Breast and Rice

Meal 4: Two scoops of whey protein with cup of oats

Meal 5 Pre Gym: Steak with pasta and veg

During Gym: Two scoops of whey,1 tablespoon of peabut butter,bananna.

Meal 6 post gym: Tin of Fish with Wholewheat bead

2-3 litres of water a day.

Not a bodybuilder but work out a lot and looking to bulk up a bit. I currently weight 180lbs and would like to gain 10lbs. Any advice would be appreciated.
