I bought natural raw almonds today, Online it said 19g of almonds is 190 calories, but miine is 25g of almonds - 130 calories.. What's up here?


so online- 19 almonds- 190 calories
mine- 25 almonds- 130 calories?

Online as in Fitday? Or online as in the manufacturers website?

As a general rule of thumb, I always go by what it says on the package or wrapper barring an obvious mess up.

I'd go with the label.
If you're consistent, it shouldn't really matter anyways.
Just like how people weigh chicken before, some weigh after.
It doesn't matter as long as you're consistent.

^this. A serving size of almonds (28 grams/~170 kcals) is usually about ~24 individual "pieces."

i believe its 30 grams.... about 17 g of fat
