So morning...

2 Egg White omlet
2 slices of whole wheat bread
spinach
tomato
onion
green peppers

PWO
bowl of oats
6 oz of water w/1 scoop of whey protein

Mid afternoon
2 slices of whole weat
1 slice of ham
1 slice of cheese

Dinner
6" sub from subway, healthy menu....

yeah, that is hardly any food
1-1.5g/lb protein
.4-.5g/lb in fat
rest can be carbs
What is your weight, Boy fat, goals?
If you are an avg. size individual you should probably be eating 2x this much

what are you trying to do, lose weight, build muscle etc...?

either way need alot more cals and especially protein/fat
