Can u guys please tell me how a guy that has 180 lbs of lean bodymass can eat 180 gr of protein without eating more than 800-1000 calories????

4 egg whites,2 eggs,400 grs of chicken has at the most 60 gr of protein and 580 calories.

If i eat that X 2 i will be in 1160 calories but too far away of the 180 gr of protein

400 grams of chicken has like 90 grams of protein, and about 400 calories.

If you use 100% pure protein isolate, you can do it in 720 calories. Pure protein is 4 calories per gram. Either pure whey protein isolate or pure soy protein isolate will do the trick. Robs red mill carries both, 0 carbs, purely protein.

Exactly. 180g of protein is 720 cals, so it is not a mathematical impossibility, but rather adds up to a really crappy diet of basically protein powder mixed with water and nothing else. Why do that to yourself?

I bought 100% pure casein protein unflavored, no BS added to it. I basically drink that for most of the day then have a little chicken and veggies. I'm set.

Never feel hungry.

I think he was just arguing that a diet of only protein powder is pretty crappy, which is true.

If you eat whole eggs you're not doing a psmf.

My wife is doing this diet and she's doing lean chicken tenders (.5g of fat per serving), lean turkey breast, shrimp, tilapia, tuna, beef jerky, fat free cheese, egg whites, and whey isolate.

Granted, the more lean mass you have the more your food options are limited, but still, its doable. Of course its not fun, all diets suck in one way or another. On this diet, what you dive up in variety, you gain in speed.

I mean personally I couldnt do 800c a day. No way it would work for me.. far to active with my job.

How's that fat deficiency workin' out for you? Glycogen depletion draggin' ya down yet? Or are you still in buying into the deception that it's gonna work great for as long as you want?

actually i think he said "mathematically impossible" which was proven false

most fat people think our diets are pretty crappy. the enjoyment of dieting is pretty relative.

i highly doubt he's doing a psmf
psmf is a crash diet you do to achieve certain goals in a really short period of time
anyone who has done psmf knows you only do it for a certain time and doesn't wanna experience the constant hunger and the sluggishness that comes with it
i'm willing to bet his caloric total is way higher than a psmf

PSMFing isn't quite as bad as most people think. There is a certain amount of sluggishness, but that's what stimulants are for. If you're creative enough, there are limitless possibilities as to what you can eat.
When I PSMFed, my strength dropped dramatically, but returned when I began eating normally again. Believe it or not, my squat increased during that time and my quads got bigger, though it was noob gains.
