I have tried a few. I enjoyed Scivations Xtend a lot and will most likely be placing another order here shortly since I have run empty on it. They have pretty good pricing here on BB.com supp store

That is called pertinent info.

What does Xtend have that you can not consume?
Going back, what makes you want to take BCAAs at all?

No need for BCAAs or glutamine for that matter unless your protein intake is inadequate.

I'm curious, if protein intake was inadequate, would BCAA's and glutamine help minimize muscle loss anyways?

Yes, in the presense of inadequate protein intake, supplementing with BCAAs and glutamine would help in minimizing muscle loss.

To what degree is dependent on diet, training scheme, genetics, bodytype, etc..

Cheap supplements from bb is very cheap and good quality and is a 2:1:1 ratio. 17 dollars + shipping for 50 servings and took 2 days to get here. Xtend is the best bcaa but it is overpriced.
