Sounds like a supplement, so I'll drop in with my obligatory warning:

Supplements are a waste of money if your diet isn't in check. Unless you're on the crystal meth diet (please don't), a pill won't magically reverse poor eating habits and get you ripped. In my opinion, the single most true and useful piece of advice about fat loss is the following: abs are made in the kitchen.

Dude, I tried that before, it works good but I hated every moment I was on it. Your 1st week don't take the 3 pills as recommended. Take 2, then take 3 as your body gets used to it, it will give you the worst stomach pains. After a month with good diet and exercise you should lose are 15 at least 15 lbs (7kgs).

that's sounds good. i sweat more . but in first two days i had headach
I THINK that was for eating 9 white egg
i can't eat that much of egg . i am near vomiting when i eate them
can i have any protein suppelment instead ?
mito booklet said drinking 6 litr water is that s true?

If you are going to supplement do it at 18% or below BF, and use an EC stack or a USP product like OEP or Jacked. Only things you'll really see a difference with and not have to put up with stupid side effects and bunches of pills everyday.
