hi guys,,

After fifteen days, moth of RAMADAN is coming, in this month Muslims all over the world do no eat or drink anything for 12- 15 hours ( a religious thing, so do not post offensive comments please)

i am trying to lose body fat now a days, (weight 85 kg, waist, 39, age 25,) so i wanted to know what would be the best nutrition approach, and what would be happening in my body chemically,

in this month we eat at 4 A.M in the morning and then eat at 6 P.M in the evening.

From 6 P.M till 4 A.M we are allowed to eat or drink.

I will be working with weights at 7 or 8 P.M in the night.

Thanks

I fast everyday until 6PM
Just make sure you hit your macros for the day
Try to eat a low digesting protein, with fat and fiber in your last meal to stay satiated through the next day

Same. I love it. It isn't anything crazy; just eat what you would normally eat, and spread it out over the time of your eating period.

warrior diet, intermittent fasting, pretty much any of those types of diets, you can have several meals during the feeding phase just get your macros in, good luck!

nice advice on the slow digesting carbs and proteins....

i was wondering what happens in the body during the fasting phase i know for sure that insulin levels drop low, what about fat metabolism, or protein metabolism
