View Full Version : Clean Bulk meal plan *please critique***!!!

Note: I am 160lbs at 6 foot tall. matience calories have been around 2,500 calories or below.
I am upping my calories to approx. 3,200 for the bulk.

Waking Up: Protein shake = 8 oz milk +2 scoops whey
Breakfast: toast and PB, yogurt, 5 eggwhites, LF cheese, v-8 juice
Postworkout: 2 scoops whey + 8oz milk, creatine
Lunch: Turkey Burger, vegetables, yogurt, cup of milk
Snack: creatine, almonds, granola
Dinner: 9 oz chicken breast in salad
Snack:Cottage Cheese, Bannana
Before Bed: Caesan Protein, cup of milk, and cup of strawberries


**PLEASE CRITIQUE .. i am looking to gain muscle mass but perferably not lose my abs

Then stop bulking.

Diet looks fine by the way.

well i just cut down to 160 im relatively skinny(check pic), im just bout to begin the bulk , will you always gain a little fat in order to gain mass

Looks pretty good. I'd add some carbs PWO.

Eat clean and lift heavy but you'll still gain some fat.

strawberries no need at night, better off early/during the day. do you need simple sugars before bed? unless theyre a snack, then thats no problems.

It's a lot of protein from shakes vs real food
