Whats up people?

I have been restricting my calories for a good 2 months now trying to get a nice flat stomach. I find myself hungry all the time which really sucks. I've been speaking to a few guys who have like over 3,000 calories diets and they are ripped. I was thinking, if I stepped up my weight game, like added in some dead lifts and squats and keep lifting as heavy as possible, and doing cardio like 3- 5 days a week, can i eat more? Like if I started consuming more calories, as in eating more as long as its healthy foods will it go to my muscles? Because I do want to look as lean as possible but i also want to put on a lot of lean muscle mass, and I want to be bigger with that. So my quesiton is can I start eating more and taking in more calories and not gain too much fat? If i consume more calories will i gain more muscle mass or will i gain more muscle and fat also? Because I notice a diet makes it harder to put on more muscle..
