just wondering. how often do you guys do cardio and when do you do it. i have started jogging in the mornings right when i wake up on an empty stomach. when i'm done jogging i consume 30 grams of carbs and 30 grams of protein. my qustion is though, what about later in the day after lifting? what should i take then? i mean, i cant really take in carbs although i need them cause then it will screw up my diet. it is tough for me to just do cardio on off days cause i only have 2 of them and i like to just loaf it on one of those days. oh yeah. what do your guys' routines look like?
p.s. this post only applies to people on keto

10g Glutamine pre cardio....1/2 serving whey(low carb) post cardio. Save the post shake with carbs for the weights.

I personally do 2, 45 minute sessions of cardio 5 days a week. My goal is to get to 8-9% bodyfat.

I guess it all depends on your goals.

Listen to fitnessman. He is a tremendous help! I would never be doing keto if it wasn't for him.

Fitnessman is the god of keto. If you wanna learn almost everything there is to know but Fitnessman in the search engine. Hes a great help and doesn't bitch even if people bug him with stupid questions. :)

I could never do cardio for 45 minutes straight....damn... The most I do is 10-15 minute moderate to high intensity.....I try to do that 3 times a week.... comments??

Switch it up...Cardio training is just like anything else...Gotta keep the body guessing.
