Hi im new to the forums il keep this quick 3 weeks ago i weighed 205 im down to 188 now i have been nothing but cardio i would like to start with weights but money is tight any tips? for caveman stuff and what workouts should i be doing?

Just do what you can as far as cardio. Do you own any weights? The most important thing with fat loss is your diet. What does it look like? How many calories? Congrats on the weight loss so far.

Push ups, situps,Yoga and other BW exercises can be done at home. You may not get the same results as lifting with wieghts but it will be a lot better than nothing.

I would invest in a good set of bands, you can get a nice set for ~$20 on ebay. You can do just about any lifting exercise with a band.
