Do you guys count nuts as a protein source or not?

I like to go one day where I have eggs for breakfast and the next oatmeal with slivered almonds or pb. Just wondering if I should count the nuts as a protein source.

nuts only have bout 5-10 grams protein perserving. which is really nothing to make a dent in your daily total

But does every meal have to have a certain amount of protein or can I just have more in a different. Mind you I think protein is slightly overrated and go usually by my lean weight.

Also the oats have protein plus I mix with a half cup of milk instead of water which will also add some protein to the mix.
