Hey all, I'm new to lifting and sticking to working out in general. I've been lifting for about 5 1/2 weeks and I know my diet is not working. I wanted to start a Bulk diet(Just found out about Bulking and cutting from this site, Yes I'm a noob). I have seen some results but I feel its just from noob gains. I'm about to hit 6 weeks on Monday and wanted to get real serious about my gains and progress.
I'm Mesomorph - 5'8, 145lbs. I'm really trying to gain and build mass in a clean way. I searched and found a Bulk Diet and wanted to know if it was too late or should I just go for it. I also edited it a lil to suit me=). But all in all just about the same. I also have a real hard time eating a lot, But I try to get it all down.

Those numbers look good to me. Thats alot of protein, but it can't hurt

just remember
1-1.5 grams Protein per lb
.4-.5 Grams of Fat per lb

Which it seems like you have covered,

But dont forget about your Pre/Post workout nutrition

This and remember when deciding macros:
-more protein = more recovery (you decide)
-more carbs = more energy
-more fats = general health/satiety

I would honestly lower protein to about 225g at least and swing those grams over to carbs. Fats are great where they are.

Cool, Thanks guys. I will remeber that, and I will also try and tweak the protein a bit.

drop the 3 slices of turkey breast at night, (unwanted sodium and only like 8 grams of protein

Stick to the shake and milk if you want, or shake with water and 2 scoops of PB
