Do you drink whole on a bulk or skim/ nonfat? Also what do you prefer, 1%, 2% or nonfat?

I am going to Costco today and was going to change from nonfat to whole starting today for a new bulk. I can get the fat from other sources, just concerned about losing nutrients through drinking skim.

I drink non-fat. I don't drink all that much milk, maybe half a litre a day max, sometimes nothing for a few days. I'm on a bulk, but meh, I guess I don't really have enough milk to care about whole or non-fat so I'd rather go for the non-fat just to decrease the cals a bit so I can add cals in somewhere else.

If I had the metabolism I would drink whole for sure, but I don't and I would just get fat that way. I drink 2% since that's what my parents buy.

I drink whole, tastes better and has more calories.

Plus theres all the supposed IGF-1 stuff etc, which while probably a load of horse****, you might as well.
