you dont like fish so you end up with a lot of carbs?
I hate fish. You realize there are lots of other foods with protein and fat other than fish...right?
Peanut butter, nuts, chicken, eggs, cheese, oils, beef, pork, whey, turkey, flax, avocado, the list goes on and on

Aim for as much food as possible. That is how you bulk. Just make sure to get enough protein and eat a ton of carbs.

ok im not trying to be an ass but im looking for numbers ppl..I understand eat a ton of carbs...But i work with numbers. Like a ton being 2000 carbs, or 500, or 200. Im not trying to sound like a jerk but just need more of a number to aim at

it doesnt matter. you dont need carbs
get 1-1.5g/lb in protein
.4-.5g/lb in fat
the rest can be carbs

Take a 3 month bulk. 1st 4wks-adjust,2nd 4 wks-adjust.... If you find that you are getting too fat, lower overall cal intake, not enough weight add cals. It will take you two or three cycles of cut/bulking to find your #ers. I would suggest a clean bulk at first, just go +500. It would suck to gain 30 lbs, get so discouraged that you quit and end up worse off. Good luck, I would rather bulk than cut(fatty here).

What determined already pointed out

You Should be taking in 183-274 Grams of protein (1-1.5 per lb) 732- 1096 Cals)
You should be taking in no higher than 90 Grams of fat (810 cals)

thats roughly 1900 Calories in Fats and Protein
Your other 1000 Calroies (which would put you at a 2900 Calorie bulkO
will Be carbs which Translate to 250 Grams of Carbs (or more depending on how much more Calories youw anna eat or how much protein you decide to eat
and that number can go to 300-350

so not to sound like a dick either but do your own math next time

1 gram of Carbs = 4 calories
1 gram of Protein= 4 calories
1 gram of fat = 9 calories

your body needs
1-1.5 grams of protein per lb
.4-.5 grams of fat per lb
The rest can be carbs
and you add it up to whatever Macros you set for yourself
