true..the NL in general breeds mediocrity..loll. does anyone honestly think the reds or padres as division leaders are legit contenders? the braves are solid, ill give them that..

edit: you mean that exhibition game...if you're going to formulate a reasonable argument, then at least use the interleague season series as its crux.

The Reds are beating down very good teams day in and day out. Faired well in interleague play, has one of the best young pitching staffs in the game and an offense ranked in the top 5 in every category.

And your point is?

Lulz I was in Seattle to see the Mariners sweep them. They drew just about the easiest interleague schedule you could get (6*Indians, 3*Royals, 3*As, 3*Mariners) and still only went 8-7. As for the good teams day in and day out, their strength of schedule is 29th out of the 30 teams.
