Jordan, Lebron, Kobe are all difference makers and can automatically make your team a championship team or not.

this must be also why they are the highest paid.

Lets look at the others sports:

hockey: no. Often night Sidney Crosby is not putting any points up and clearly he needs several good players to play with it.

baseball: no. obvious.

football: no. because of the dynamics of the game.. first of all... you have to have at least 1 good player on offense and on defense.. and Peyton Manning / Brady w/out good receiver are nothing. Running backs have proven for the past 20 years.. they cannot lead a team to a superbowl.. hell in the past 20 years, they couldnt themselves lead a team past the 2nd round if they had a sh*tty qb.

Yeah. Allen Iverson's 2001 MVP season is the best example of this. Dude took the Sixers to the finals with a middle-school NJB team. And they stole the first game from the Lakers at home.

OP is an idiot if he believes that someone like Wayne Gretzky or Mario Lemiuex weren't difference makers.

Also, you don'y have to be a massive point getter to be a huge difference maker.

Basketball is definitely the least team oriented out of all the team sports.

Okay.

the Year after Gretzky left, the Oilers won the cup lmao.
When Lemieux was injured, the Penguins won the cup. lmao

well when you are 1/5 people on your team on the floor you're bound to make a bigger difference than when you have 10 other teammates with you.

hockey has those nights where a goalie will completely steal a game. just look back when Hasek played for the sabres.
