A solid example of why fan voting is a joke.

We didn't have any starters voted in. It isn't like our guys on the DL shouldn't make the ASG....they should. No way shoudl VMart and Pedroia not be picked. Of course, they won't play.

All 3 are on the 15 day DL, although Pedroia will probably be out 2 months.

Last I heard Buchholz was supposed to start Tuesday, it was just a hyper extended knee. I thought he was honestly gonna start yesterday.

Him being in the DL is essentially costing him one start. Not a huge deal, but still kinda sucks he had to he shelved.

Ya I don't think the AL is as good as past years, where the Sox couldve been torn up in a position like this. If they keep this up they could easily be going into the playoffs as the 2nd best in the sport though(aside from the loss sustained today). Going hand in hand, this would be a lot worse if something like this happened in past years.

I'm pretty sure the average height of men is 5'8 or 5'7 so I doubt he is smaller then that many people.

On topic, I'm not a Red Sox fan but I am pulling for them in the AL East, they have been raped by injury bug this year.

I compare this year to 06, where we were so injury plauged that we had an up and coming pitcher get into a fender bender, hurt his back, and his diagnosis was CANCER.
