end of cutting pics are here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=125632473 got down to 147@5"9

supps will include: flaxseed/fish oil, creatine, whey, beta alanine, dex/malt pwo, multi

planning to start at 3000 cals, thought about trying 2g proteinxBW, .5g fatxBW, rest carbs. Targeting 3000cals would be: 294g pro/290g carbs/74g fat (pretty close to a 40/40/20). Or would it be more beneficial to do less fat and add some more pro and carbs?

Also is targeting 2lb per week gain good idea, while adjusting in 100 cal spurts to achieve the 2 lbs?

Thanks.

No can't gain 2 pounds a muscle a week brah takes 800 cals for 1 pound of muscle try a slow clean bulk eating 100-300 cals above maintenance if u truly wanna minimize fat gains then u won't have to cut again it's up to u. Ur ratios are fine

so would starting at 3000 and adding 100 every 2 weeks be fine, while keeping the 2xpro/.5xfat?
