I am still a bit new to lifting, so im hearing theres LIFTing exercises that Someone MUST (without Question)do for fat loss....unfortunate for me, i only know one of them (squats)

Name 3 Lifting Excersices thats an absolute must when losing Fat and building muscle . it would help me out aloooooooooot

nothing is an absolute for fat loss.. but i would say squats, deadlifts, pullups

The only thing you need for fat loss is hypocaloric diet, weight lifting is just to help preserve muscle mass while your cutting the fat.

I'd add flat bench and overhead barbell presses as well.

If you only had to pick 3, yeah. But the overhead bar press is useful, too.

If you have to only pick 3. Which you don't.

Personally I'd like to add pullups + dips, I've had great results since I added these two, but I guess it's different from person to person.

Stiff-Legged Deadlifts
Barbell Curls
Calf Raises
