View Full Version : Best Supplements While Cutting

I did not get much of a response out of the misc, so lets try here lol.

I am looking to lose a lot of fat and drop about 30-40 pounds over the next 4-6 months. Which Supplements are the best for a person on a cut with a strict diet. I am trying to get down in the single digits (BF) once I have completed my 6 month cut.


I already have these item(s) on my list.

1. Optimum 100% Whey Protein 10 LB.
2. Universal Animal Pak

What else would I need or what would help me during my cut. I will rep those who help.

Bronkaid that you can at your local Rite Aid or Walgreens, over the counter. And caffeine pills that you can get anywhere.

I use ON 100% whey, AST micro-ionised creatine, AST multi-vitamin (only just added in), and Controlled Labs White Flood. I wouldn't say any are essential, but they are all useful to me.

The WF in particular I feel has given me so much more energy for my workouts and allowed me to make nice gains even on a cut (noob gains but who cares).

Hey quick question- someone mentioned caffine pills.... well I have some headache pills, which when I looked are really not much more than caffine. Would it be benefficial to take one before working out during my cut? thanks!

IMHO, a multivitamin, whey protein, and you're done. You really don't need more than that.

Damn this list was longer than i intended.

Also, Lol @ Whey protein. Brah subbing out whole foods with supp's is the last thing you want to do on a cut really. Gotta stay satiated.

You want to lose 30-40lbs in the next 6 months? Then focus on your DIET. Figure out how many calories you burn in a day and cut out 500-1000 of them.

Supplements are just that, they SUPPLEMENT your weight loss. Make sure to put 90% of your effort into keeping a healthy diet tho..
