My mom made some chocolate chip muffins and i only want 300 calories but im not sure how much i can eat. Can anyone help me?

The only way to know this is to add up the calories of all the ingredients that went into it and divide it by the number of muffins. Considering how much varience there could be in anyones recipe they use, you wont get an accurate response from anyone here.

LOL, probably about three quarters of one! Why are you worrying about the calories? It sounds obsessive. I'll eat them if you don't want them....

A dozen.

A dozen muffins regardless of size and ingredients = 300 calories

Enjoy with milk. If fat free, no cals

phew! just done all the math and I came to the conclusion that there are 1.453286 muffins in 300 calories...

Good lord. I used to eat two of those a day back in High School. I'm still amazed how I was able to keep a single digit body fat all those years.

muffins are around 420 calories, so id say a homemade one is around 350. There is no way unless ur mum did some ultra healthy muffin that the whole muffin would be below 300.
